Yea exactly. With utd i would be concerned as they have nothing to play for and also totally unpredictable with depay rooney and fellaini...just a coin toss there for the match i think. With LVG he needs a win.

West ham have payet and weve shown we can turn them over.

Also i may be wrong here but Wham play on a tight pitch compared to united and with our wide players we should have an advantage over them.
United are a big danger to us. I know the bravado about how 'we dont fear anybody' has kicked in, but I fear them. They have class players that can come alive on a big stage and occasion. It's a no brainer for me: West Ham are a good team and have a decent manager, but they dont have it over this Everton team. The last three games between us they've won two and only because they had a man advantage on both occasions - and even then Everton were the better team.

I'll be crossing everything when that WHU/United replay is on.

Hotel booked for the Saturday and Sunday, just the trains to sort out so do not want a 12.45 kick off on the Saturday.
That would be to much off a rush, 17.00 on Saturday or any time Sunday works for me, though hard on anybody trying to get back home Sunday.
This is were being retired and old has it's perks.:pint2::pint2:

It's going to be a 5.30 ko saturday I believe mate.

4 on the sunday

Also when was the last big game wham had?

Utd players would know whats needed and not be nervous...

Also Lukaku always scores against west ham so that is very important psychologically too.

Sadly mate, all this now looks to be moot.

That Derby midweek is going to swing the tie (whoever it is) in the opposition's favour.

I dont see us as anything other than up against it now.

The League have seen to that and the FA will no doubt compound it with a Saturday KO.

It should benefit us. Lose and the players should come out fighting...win and were full of confidence.

Also on the wembley pitch imagine deulofeu lennon lukaku and barkley on the counter....big pitch suits us against wham.

against united wouldne benefit us so much.

only concern would be barry on a big pitch as he lacks pace...

This is the best chance we have had in my memory, all the other teams can be beaten easily by us. Of course we don't do easy but you know what I mean.
As an aside if it can't be us then palace deserve it for services to football giving us Crystanbul.

Agreed. West Ham have a real chance to beat MU at their home. Once Man Utd get to Wembley I think their long history in this cup and in this kind of arena will kick in. Get West Ham there and we look like the team with history for that kind of occasion (I know the Hammers are a bit of a bogey team for us in this competition). If we get past the semi's, we have a huge psychological advantage over either of those teams that we meet in the final (though Wigan shows us that you cannot be complacent). Watford are a really tough team to play against in the league, but I don't think they'll be that hard at Wembley in a final. Give us the Hammers in the semis. Besides which, beating them would be so sweet! Shut their fans right up.
