Martinez said in his interview he wants it to be Sunday and with the Derby on the Wednesday I think it'll be Sunday as clearly that's what the club will be pushing for.

Neither Watford or Palace have midweek games - Palace playing on the Sunday and Watford on the Saturday.

It would make sense for us to be on the Sunday for fixture reasons.

Scrap that according to Twitter all FA Cup semi-finalists will have a league game on the Tuesday/Wednesday before the semis...

The other remaining teams left in the cup are playing,West Ham v Watford and Man U v Palace also rearranged fixtures.

Just seen that on Twitter, I checked the fixture list that hadn't been updated :blush:

Weird that they're all playing each other though...

United and WHU may still be fighting for Europe/CL qualification so that could help us whereas we are only playing for pride against the RS...I know, I know ...but every straw that appears must be clutched

Oh dear? The teams performance given the squad we have has most blues calling for his head.

I'm sorry if you can't understand, I would try to dumb it down further for you but I don't feel it's possible.
No need for the condescension.

Any idea when the Man U/WHU reply is?

I can just see if we get WHU, Bilic will put Carroll and tell his players to just lob crosses in!

Has anyone any idea of which end we will be at in Wembley?

I've tried to see if there's a link with the previous FA Cup games as we've been drawn as the home side but...

In 2013/14 both home sides (Wigan and Hull) were in the East Stand.

In 2014/15 both home sides (Aston Villa and Reading) were in the West Stand.

They usually do it based on location (well, when they opened Wembley they did), so the teams closer to the North, ended up in the West End, as it was easier to reach transport, but who knows?

The derby fixture makes no real odds imo.

Field a largely second string side, if we lose and then end up winning the Cup it makes no odds in the great scheme of things.
Erm, it makes a massive difference if:

a) you'd preferably like to be able to compete in a derby.
b ) you have to prepare mentally for two games in three days
c) you have an emotional local derby fixture in your legs going into the final stages of a game at a punishing pitch like Wembley.

In short: of course it's not preferable and makes it harder.
