They'll probably wait to see what happens this Thursday with Uniteds Europa League game. If they go out it makes planning the replay date easier and opens up a Saturday semi final. If they go through it will causexa headache (fixture wise).
Well if i looked at it like that. I'd say they need to look at our needs first really. As we have 3 fixtures to rearrange. West Ham will both have 2 games to rearrange regardless (as they are meant to be playing each other on the same weekend), so the earlier they know, and can start making arrangements, the better.
I still can't see it not being saturday, especially with there being no Live prem football on saturday (yet 3 on sunday), to compete with. The idea is they are trying to promote the oldest competition in the world, and what better way to broadcast that than by having a potential United (huge UK fan base, lots of viewers) Everton game on terestrial, with no competition. Whereas the BBC also show the London marathon, would they really diminish the stature of it by showing a game of football? I can't see it.
