Logic would tell you that our game (especially if its Man Utd) should be on the Saturday. But we played them on a Sunday in 2009. So who knows.

The only thing I'd say to that is that last time the Marathon wasn't taking place on the same day.

I'm fully expecting a Saturday 12:45 kick off.

It was Mark Chapman, not Pougatch.

I was more bothered by a celebrity chef helping to make the draw than Jenas.

Only switched on as they were about to make the draw. Assumed it was Pougatch as they are all a bit identikit but Bloomingheck drawing balls was a bit weird. Must be making a cooking show for the beeb I suppose

Yes, but with no time scale for United-West Ham replay, they cannot assume anything I guess. United would probably be in their ear trying to get an extra 24 hours incase of a potential Europa League Semi on the Thursday (using coefficient to their advantage I'd guess).

There are so many reasons why it SHOULD be on the Saturday, that it won't be.

Dare BBC clash with Gary's beloved Leicester and show our game on the Sunday? Or do they Maximise their own viewing figures and go for the 12:45 or 5:30 slot which Sky and BT will not be using that weekend.

They'll probably wait to see what happens this Thursday with Uniteds Europa League game. If they go out it makes planning the replay date easier and opens up a Saturday semi final. If they go through it will cause a headache (fixture wise).
