Not going to watch this sport anymore, cannot stand “Lewis”, his arrogance and the sport in general these days. His arrogance has really spoilt the enjoyment.

When Jenson Button won the world championship, that was simply glorious, I’ve been a huge fan of his since he started racing and never, ever thought in a million years he’d be world champion. He just needed a decent set of managers behind his team and it finally happened to one season wonders Brawn GP and Ross Brawn himself.

Hamilton on the other hand despite what he has achieved, simply taints it with his smirkiness, forcing beliefs on others and being a woke [Poor language removed]. If he was down to Earth like Button, then I’d be willing him on every race and would have signed the Knighthood petition.

That is all and many apologies for yesterday’s rant session, won’t bother with this sport anymore as a result.

Right then, I’m off to catch my train to Cardiff for a long hard days breadwinning slog.

Quitting a sport because of a racing incident and him being woke and saying don’t be racist.

@orly @Connor

These are the types you align yourself with by being Hamilton haters :p

It's a black thing, isn't it?

Continue down this path and you'll be voting Tory within weeks

What an insane shout. You're genuinely just joking though aren't you? About us aligning with racists because we wanted someone other than Hamilton to win.

I would say Hamilton has padded his stats. For me he is an Alonso-level driver, in the tier below the likes of Schumacher and Clark.

Did you watch the race? I don't understand how anyone can watch what Lewis did yesterday to come back and win that race from a seemingly impossible situation and be of the opinion that he ia not amongat the true greats in F1 history.

Yes he has been in a fantastic team, but he regulalrly does it over and over again. Turkey last year another example of his genius, keeping himself in contention while his car was not the quickest, but then unleashing an absolutely sublime stint when the car finally arrived in the sweet spot.

Some people just don't want to admit they have been wrong for all these years.

It's no accident he gets the best seats in the business. Teams want the very best driver they can attract in their lead car.

His record, and talent stands up to absolutely any name you can throw up.

We're lucky to be watching him at the top of his game.
