Late SC doesn't change anything as everyone knows track position is king, unless you are stupid like Hammy in 2015.

Depends, if you get first by staying out and can build a gap in clear air you'll only need 12-15 odd seconds. With Max behind you may not get first but you may be able to finish on the podium. Other way around pit early and you are bound to hit slow traffic and that will be your lot.
