Thats a great move. Looks like Williams is doing well at Barnsley. It's up to all the lads on loan to batter the door down with performances to make themselves part of the first team plans.

Dennis Adeniran from Fulham. Strange one for me. Not sure why he would swap a place in a Championship side fighting for promotion for U23 football?

Has he played much for them mate?. Assumed he was just from their academy.

Any idea what fee we paid? Not seen anything yet.

Made five appearances for the Fulham first-team last season and scored on his debut in the League Cup against Leyton Orient. Midfielder has represented England at Under-17 and Under-19 level. don't think it's quite official yet.

Wondered if he'd go out on loan again, especially with us having no natural back up for Baines. Surprised Walsh hasn't gone out to. Maybe Unsy is going to give him the captaincy and see how he responds to that.

Not sure about Ipswich as a destination though mate. Mick McCarthy like. He's a safety first guy in my book and they tend to be the first to take young players out of the firing line.

see above. He made 5 appearances for them last season, and I would presume chances would be far greater than here. Good for us, it just seems counter to the argument we've had all summer about Dowell. He's doing the complete opposite.

I am too, I wonder about his injury. I think he may go out later in the season, and is a little further behind the others.

It can go either way with McCarthy. If he can get in, he will learn to defend under him. Ipswich do play a fair few younger players as well.

Connolly needs this loan move, despite being the obvious cover for Baines at Left Back Koeman hasn't had him in the squad for even Europa games so assumption being that Koeman would always go for a different option like Martina .
I have doubts about Mick McCartney though , I think it was Conor Grant who had a poor experience with him last season . I think though if he can get a few games under his belt he'll be able to prove himself.
