I reckon it was offside. But it shouldn't have even been a free kick. The ref was one of them!

I think that's not bad. I think I under-appreciated the whole preseason factor. Incredible really we're playing competitive football now. I can absolutely see how West Ham went out.

A decent result, we'll be a whole week better in 7 days time, a few changes to the side, we'll be fine. And these competitive matches will do us VERY well I think. I'm expecting big things this season.

Rooney is crap. Cant play as a striker and doesnt have the qualities to play as a number 10.

This was his first game back at Goodison since he went to Man U all those years ago.

He looked like he was trying too hard and as a result things weren't coming off for him.
