Klassen and Sandro look to be great signings. Loads of potential in both of them. Keane will be an absolute rock in the back. Keep in mind this is not the finished product. Get Siggy, a proper striker and another CB in and let's see where we are at.
What do you see in Klassen? Just asking like.

you want a serious debate? or you just going to spout negative bile as usual?

I'd like to know what you think was positive? We didn't concede an away goal?

I could see this coming a mile off. Lack of pre season games coming into this one and you just knew we would look unfit tonight. If we play the same way over there then we are in for a shock

well, football doesn't work like that - at all.

We should definitely have scored more and I think Koeman got his team selection wrong because he started no players who can get in behind.

But, rustiness isn't something that can just be 'shook off'. Keeping up the intensity isn't easy when you've had three games.

We should have played better, no questions asked, but there's definitely mitigating factors.
I'm not saying it's the end of the world, but when our players make in a week what most of their players make in more than a year, I expect the gap to be wide enough in quality that rust doesn't turn in a performance like we've just seen. It was bad.

Bright spots: Liked what I saw from Klaassen and Gueye is still the best player the world has ever seen.

1. Needed 90 mins.
2. Players need to get fit.
3. Martina is very poor and i mean very poor.
4. Dcl has done nothing in his everton career to warrent getting the minutes he gets.
5. Sandro looks good.
