I did forget about Larissa there have been so many games all over Europe lately that its easy to lose track. Greek nonsense aside, looking forward to todays game and I'm quietly confident we can emerge as Anichebes.

There will most likely be a name or two from the winning euro 04 side on show I'll bet.

The venue will be the deciding factor. 3-1

OK, I know I'm the eternal optimist, but I have a feeling about this game. I think Billy is going to reveal what a fantastic signing he is and be a major factor in another win by 4 goals, However, a win of any score will satisfy me. (y)

AS my Dad is on holiday Im taking my 9 year old daughter tonight to her first game (shhhh she is a Chelski supporter) hoping to convert her or maybe I am being too cruel.

Sunday I will be taking the youngest daughter who is 7 and a RS supporter, now thats not cruel converting her. (y)

I sit in the main stand W63 / 64 look out for us. Usual season ticket seats unless the Euro crew have thrown us out.

I do like this line from Billy -

"Guus Hiddink told me a lot about Everton before I joined," said Bilyaletdinov, a left midfielder. "He said it was one of the teams that impressed him greatly when he was at Chelsea and I feel I have been given a lucky ticket to be here."

Everton: Howard, Nash, Turner, Gosling, Yobo, Distin, Baines, Rodwell, Pienaar, Osman, Cahill, Fellaini, Bilyaletdinov, Saha, Jo, Yakubu, Vaughan, Wallace, Baxter, Akpan, Agard, Duffy.

Feed the Yak and he will score.

Oh Davey Moyes, Davey, Davey, Davey Moyes.

Hope Billy will be kind enough to feed him :D

I'm looking forward to thursdays game on 5, hope I have enough supplies to get me throught the coverage, I'm not going out during the broadcast.

Don't know much about the opposition, I'm 99 per cent sure that AEK aren't the biggest and most successful Greek side, that honor would fall to either Olympiakos or Panathanikos.

I think the latter were the last Greek side we played in a european game at Goodison, (last eight 1971 european cup) Probably right.

lost on away goals and the greeks did go on to reach the final where they met, and were defeated, by ajax Amsterdam's great team of that time.

At Wembley of all places I think it was.

I was in the GSE that night: painful memory. David Johnson scored for us, I think

will be interesting to see the extra refs behind the goal and to see if they over rule anything that they see different to linesman or the other ref.

either way good luck tonight lads (y)
