When we wake up and smell the mediocrity. In a squad stripped to the bone we have no space for dead wood. Dead weight. And I dont want to wait for Gibson to be fit longer than 5 days any longer. Our over reliance on a player that is so injury prone is killing us, no consistency, no building momentum, just a non stop guessing game and shoe horning defenders into his place.
Pienaar was never a natural on the left side, hes fixed an understanding with Baines. Mirallas and Donovan have never been right mid before. So already 2 out of 4 midfield spots are covered by non specialists. I firmly believe Osman has been played out of his natural middle role for more than 50% of his Everton career. Leading to what, a series of non specialists in a midfield with no other specialists in there.

Gibson has to get fit and stay fit or he has to go, somewhere like Bolton or Blackburn would suit him fine to play once a fortnight. Harsh as it sounds but we cant carry anyone.

Booing poor performances is pretty par for the course nowadays.
Perhaps a massive huge ironic CHEER at the final whistle would have been far more effective. Imagine it.

TV money already overwhelms our gates and TV money goes up again this summer. Its why obstructed views havnt been sorted - why bother for such a minimal return - especially seeing as our pricing is still some of the mosr competative (compare league finishes for it)

Oh FFS. Getting really wound up by some posts.

Moyes if he stays or goes can be proud of the job he has done for us- we were on our ass being saved on last days of the season struggling season after season. He turned that around, we now compete at the top end of the table every season.

Maybe he had taken us far as he can and for us to go further without investment then a change may be needed. It's going to be a gamble because with our resources we shouldn't be where we are in the league- it's Moyes management that had got us there.

People calling him a c**t, tosser, etc etc have VERY short memories or live their football lives through football manager. We are broke, we have to replenish the squad by selling at a profit players that Moyes has bought. We are a different level to where he took over with a squad full of quality- Fellaini, Baines, Jags, Jelavic, Gibson, Mirallis are all players that he had bought.

Think he needs a bit more respect to be honest, if he goes then he does with his head held high in my opinion. People forget the level we were before he took over. I just hope we don't drop to that level after he leaves. I think we will find out next season.

How is he any better than Peter Johnson in this respect. People accused PJ of raping the club. I don't see why the same charges shouldn't be levelled at Kenwright. He has got away with blue murder for far too many years.

I wont be cheering Heitinga until I can charter his plane over the bermuda triangle myself. Neville needs to visit a Romanian abattoir. And Mirallas needs hooking up to the national grid - zap him with 50k when he chooses the Hollywood path/pass.

There was a small mutiny once where Moyes would punish the squad with a marathon run every weekday after they hadnt performed at the weekend. It got so bad that some senior players went to him together to explain it was killing them and the rest of the side for the forthcoming fixture.
I am not sure Carrot or Stick approach can fix our problems currently. Theres a few I'd like to see beasted over the krypton factor assault course for 24 hours but then a few need to be put out to pasture full stop.
