Yes and lots of money to buy players

emphatically this - the ****e spent forty million last season, a comparable amount this and are still three points behind us

edit: its also worth pointing out that spurs got £27 million off local government as well to help with a move to a new ground

How did Wigan play? Honestly anyone. Was it us making them look like barca? Or a freak result? Or just a aids face performance.

Do Wigan have lots of money? Have they spent lots of money on players? NO

Wigan have a very pacey team, they have lots of movemnt off the ball and their passes are quick and incisive and they play with inteligence. Did money make them play like that or is that down to the manager and his philosophy?

Moyes is a dinosaur with his philosophy compared to most PL managers, a change of direction would do this club good at this moment in time, that performance in our most important game of the season is unacceptable, end off.

Moyes should walk

Did a job on us, defended in numbers, closed us down at every opportunity. Couldn't handle Kone, again. Could have been more than 3.
It was also a 'aids face performance' like.

Combination of all that mate. We were absolutely awful. They were really up for it. passed better, tackled and marked better, moved faster. The 3 goals in 3 minutes was defo freakish. Thankfully they eased up on us in the second half.

Based on today's performance and the 2-2 game at their place earlier this season, I'd have McCarthy, Maloney, Alcaraz and Kone. Have only seen their games against us though.

Wigan are in the relegation zone, mate. All that pace and movement can't be doing them much good overall.

Wigan were good. Stayed to clap them off at the end, they deserved it.

Still furious about our performance though.

Putting Neville on for Gibson when there's no injury. Moyes has lost the plot.

Our set peice defending has been woeful ever since Cahill left. If you look back at footage, he was the one clearing every second corner and free kick coming into our box (something rarely noticed).
