Hate playing spurs.

There very well organised but can play good football with some cracking players who can change a game.

We need to be up for this. We have to go three in the middle against them to we will get over run in the middle. Keep it tight then nick one second half to win 1-0. Wouldn’t start lookman but bring him in with 30 to go. Bernard’s defensive work has impressed me so far so think he needs to start for that reason alone. Zouma has to start.

Has to be in that position to score though. I understand your view he’s not a 20 goal a season scorer but think he offers much more than tosun and niasse. DCL against a indifferent centre back partnership will be better than richi up top. Spurs been playing the foyth there who can be bullied.

This fixture always reminds me of one of my worst experiences at Goodision a cold November Saturday - Cristian Gross's (remember him) 2nd game in charge of Spurs (after losing his first to palace) - How could we not win ??

...Spurs are very good but I think folk underestimate us when they predict we are in for a hiding. Spurs will look on this as a tough game, it’s an interesting one because we haven’t yet had the challenge of playing one of the better teams at home.

I’m thinking we’ll need a couple of goals to be competitive but it could be a decent game.
