if that's the case we will be looking at league one managers going the rate we are.

marcel brand has been appointed for this... like I say I do not follow world football im too busy slating marco silva on here.

they are out there. poch was plucked from relative obscurity.. they do exist, just because I cant name managers capable of turning us round doesn't mean they aren't out there

just aslong as Moshiri has no say this time.

But on your own workings you wouldn't have appointed Pochettino Frank. He wasn't doing particularly well at the time. (Win percentages of 32.9 and 38.3 in his two previous jobs)
For what it's worth Silvas overall win percentage is still higher than Pochs (51.2 to 46.1)
Obviously Pochettino is doing FAR better at the moment. All I am saying is that there can be no guarantees with ANY manager. Swings/Roundabouts.

overall premier league win percentage ??? no its not.

the greek league, is like the san marino league, so his season worth of wins there invalidates his win % as a whole.

what is silvas v poch premier stats - they are the only ones comparable

We are a long long way off the pace. We will do well to finish top half. Definitely a transition period for us.
its definitely not a 'transition' as you put it, with a complete failure to organise us as a defensive unit, it goes from transition, after 6 weeks or more it turns into being lablelled as tactically inept.

Calls to sack silva are ridiculous but it’s classic Everton that we had a favourable fixture start, a good window, but still didn’t get a new manager bounce.

No such thing as home advantage when the gulf in quality is so great between teams.

and I will say it, we need 60 grand for a new right back.

Seamus has been a great player, but no longer the player he once was.
Based on his return since injury, not just today.

How badly did we miss Idris today.
Our squad severely lacks the quality required for a season long push at top 6, let alone top 4.

Onward and upwards lads.
Avoid more disappointment....
Don't raise your hopes the rest of this season.

A matter of opinion Frank. I think this whole season is transition, I also think it would be counter productive to consider yet another managerial change just at the moment. Another manager another clear out, no continuity. He has to be given, at least, the full season unless he looks like relegating us.

I’m afraid you’re mistaken mate.

People quoting me tonight seem to want Silva to win the league in his first season.

And they’ll quote you to death if you stick to that.
