Problem with us in this formation is a CB needs to be able to pass forward and none of ours can. Throw in DCL not really knowing what to do on the right and you get a disjointed performance

I can't find a stream but it sounds like we are struggling like in the Sevilla game. The right back situation is truly mystifying. Very unfair to play a young player like a DCL completely out of position by the sound of things.

Klaassen off for Davies please, Gana can't link defense and attack on his own while everyone else is happy to pass sideways or backwards.

welcome to watching Everton mate
Well that felt like 1997 again.

Right now we have nobody who is looking dangerous.

Gana there was at center mid, right back, center back and even attacking mid at times.

I've literally not got a clue what Koemans tactics are here. There was a shot of him rubbing his forehead looking for answers after 25 minutes. That sums it up for me.

He had two, maybe three dodgy passes.
Rest of it was decent.
You're seeing what you want to see. And it's not the reality.
He wasn't horrid but attacks get to him and stop. Twice or three time he went forward, had space, didn't even look up - just turned back and passed it (badly, twice) to the other side.

To go with several other bad passes, one of which was a 10 yard pass for Baines that went out for a throw in - he's not doing amazingly by any means. Then again this isn't his "strong point" for me, he's become more of a no-nonsense type of defender as he's aged, which makes sense.

If I want to say we have had a turd half of football on an Everton forum, you better believe I'm gonna say it.
No problem with that tbh. Your opinion and all.

Except you claimed we're turd, won't finish anywhere past 14th place and about 10 of our players on the field right now are gash and shouldn't even be playing. All after roughly 30 min of football.
