Decent defensive effort from collocini and enrique, though williamson struggled and certainly did a couple of errors, he got by. Perch is a walking sack of useless crap - everything he did was ugly.

Ben Arfa certainly had class. Tiote nice and confident. Carroll amazes me, gotta see him in an england shirt. Nolan is IMO overrated and unrefined, like Barton, though i'd admit they have their moments.

Overall, fair play for going to Goodison and winning. Though i'm holding it more as our error than your merit.

Yeah, Williamson got lucky on a few calls, struggled in patches against stronger or quiucker players. Perch is rubbish, and a silly signing, we've signed three right backs in the last year or two none of them good enough for this league - I'd rather have one good than what we have.

Barton had a good game, grew in confidence, one of his best for us. Nolan had one of his better games for us as well, he was useless last start. Still he's not good enough to start IMO, but will probably continue to do so because we have so few decent options up front (kind of like you guys).

You'll have no troubles this season. Just like you're having a bad run now you'll go through a good run later in the season and will finish top 10. A disappointing start no doubt particularly when you've had a relatively good run with injuries - spare your options up front. Agree that the signing of Beckford probably wasn't a great one. He had a good scoring record in league one, but needed a lot of chances to get the goals. Being in the team that for a large part of the season were head and shoulders above the rest means he got loads. Up two classes and in a team that's not known for creating loads of chances you need to be clinical.

Fulham and Brum away next up....

Cannot see a win at all there...

Oh and the annual "giving 3 points to the RS" game the following week

Interveiwer: 'How do you get out of this situation?'

Moyes: 'Keep doing what we're doing.'

You are joking?

Jesus. Harold. Uckin. Christ on a bicycle.

Expect Osman on the right till Christmas lids....And Beckford starting every game and hopefully having the 1 shot

Oh.

I will say your boy Williamson was lucky to still be on. And honestly, I wished Fellaini's swing had connected with him. He was a thug all day long. Defending? Not from Williamson. He was holding, hacking, and doing everything he could illegally to hold off Fellaini. It worked for him today as the ref and linesmen didn't want to call it but rest assured, he'll cost you down the road witha penalty, red card, or both.

We haven't seen a lot of him thus far but haven't seen anything like what he came out with today previously. It was comical that a foul wasn't called against him for his hold on Beckford, the others in the box were dodgy but off the ball those sort of challenges get missed all the time. If he keeps playing like that he won't keep his spot in the side - he's only there now by virtue of an injury to Steven Taylor. Campbell too could move ahead of him in the pecking order now that he's approaching match fitness.

I think my frustration lies more in the fact that the match officials didn't see any of it. I expect my players to do all they can to keep the opposition off balance but if they're caught, then they're caught.

We also cant be doing a Wenger and whinge about it.

To be honest...we've turned into a tarts team, getting fouled all over the shop but not doing it ourselves.

The only one who puts it about is Fellaini.
