yes i agree some refs r right tossers and would hav u scratchin ur head of how they got this game in the 1st place but a ref DIDNT hav us playin the way we did yesterday we lost yesterday coz we were [Poor language removed] yesterday ...hard for sum to digestbut the truth always is....the ref did US 2 favours yesterday

The ref was really bad and shouldnt be allowed any more games in the premiership. To say he had a newcastle top on for 90 min its just stupid, then I dont think u were watching the right game mate.

Fellani could easily been sent off instead of given a yellow card, imo it was a red card or nothing. Cant be justifyed by saying Williamson climed him, it is still a red card offence. It should also been a red card on Coleman? when he took the feet of Nolan. He also had several challenges wrong for both teams, and how on earth could he be a ref in one of the best leagues in the world.

IMO from the start it looked like a draw, it was just a moment of magic from Ben Arfa that made us win the game.

I dont think you guys will be relegated, but according to this forum it seems like Moyes has lost the supporters and watching yesterday it seems like he started to loose the squad aswell. I think you are in the same situation as we(Newcastle) were in when we fired Sir Bobby Robson. At that moment he had lost some of the fans, and some of the squad(see dyer++). You need to ask yourself is there a better manager out there for you than Moyes? You might end up like we did, with Souness or a Souness kind of manager. IMO I think you will manage a top 10 pos with Moyes, but its vital that Cahill is playing and not injured..

I have nothing against Everton supporters, and I really hope you trash liverpool big time this season!

I was being sarcastic, no need for the rant.

First time I've seen you react this way in 7 years mate.

Yeah. I think based on this season's evidence, a change might be in order. You've got to play players in their best positions to give them the best chance to succeed. Right now, Moyes isn't doing this.

My hope is that he gets things sorted quick and we go on one of those Everton unbeaten runs. We always do.

The question I have is: Is Arteta going to do anything as Captain? Have a meeting? Restore some order? Put in a manic game to inspire? Something????????? He didn't even appear to be on the pitch yesterday.

As Captain when your team plays as crap-tastic as yesterday, and it follows a series of bad games, I expect you to do something - talk to players, get animated, put more effort in, whatever. Yesterday he stank. (And don't get me wrong, I like the dude.)

The draws/losses are definitely not all his fault for sure, but I sure hope he does something about it. I'm of the camp that it's not all the coach - there was a distinct lack of energy and technical ability from the players yesterday. El Capitan needs to do something about that in addition to Moyes.

Here's to hoping this week is the turnaround. Please.

EDIT: Just saw Matt's post that Arteta was on Everton TV and angry. Good. Go captain go!!! Now BRING IT TO THE PITCH!

Didn't see the match, but sounds like a reasonable assessment. There's something going wrong and it needs to be corrected quickly or the rot will set in well and truly. I'm still convinced that Moyes and the players will get it together though. But we've got to start winning games very soon

Dosen't matter if we were paid to have him, he's bone idle and everyone was hoping
he was the answer up front...no chance.....christ we played a blinder with free transfers
lately.......
