No more Tosun please Marco. I've seen enough.

...he’s ordinary but if he’s going to play I can understand why he was selected in a home game against a team who defend deep. CBs will be chuffed when they see he’s starting.

I tried to pick somebody else for MoM but it had to be Gomes. I love how he fizzes passes into team mates, it helps put the marker under real pressure. 23 points is fine, we can’t take teams for granted and we have to earn our points.

Digne had poor delievery alright tonight but offers us so much enegry going forward.manager needs to call change in frees and corners if playera is putting in crap.
The lad hopefully has a big future with us, lots of talent just had a shocking game. I was baffled why he kept taking the dead balls tonight tho, don’t know what happened with him but he wouldn’t have found one of our players if all the Newcastle players were lying down
Oh well, onto the next game

Improved greatly on the last few seasons.. . BUT . . Need a goalscorer. . . Poor decisions/execution with the final pass.
In short, we learned nothing tonight that we didn't already know.

We have a team that is very good in open games. This was not an open game and we struggled. We have to find ways of getting through packed defences and the first thing Silva needs to do is instil composure. Also if we are to continue to playing the ball out wide to our full backs they have to be more quick of thought and have no need to look up to see if a cross is on. Coleman is very guilty of this and opts to play the ball backwards rather than swinging a first time cross in.

Flat performance. lacked sparkle, not surprising after Sunday's stoppage time sickener.

After a decent rest we will be back on it against Watford next Monday.

Keep the faith.

I fully understand why he started but I thought he was rubbish. DCL deserves time over him.
