He did his usual disappearing act - apart from taking a couple of free kicks and a decent overhead shot - plus an attempted career-ending Case-esque tackle on Barry that was swiftly evaded.

Plus remonstrating with Ibe for mistiming his run and not matching it to his Hollywood pass was straight out of the "how not to lead your men in battle" book, especially with one player so young and inexperienced. Always someone else's fault with Stevie Gee Laa..

Scoring goals changes games, gives us confidence, like I said before, the goals we conceded were from own making. Getting some goals would have lifted us and have teams respects us more than thinking we get a win.

- Hull 0-2, we were poor when he attempted to play three centre backs
- Newcastle-2-3, Barkley gave the ball away for the first & poor clearance for the third
- Stoke 0-1, well shouldn't of been a pen
- Southampton 0-3, Was the last game I feel we defended badly in our normal setup.

They specialise in doing teams on the counter as we found out last year... We are nowhere near at a level of confidence to be try and take the game to them. If you were happier with the 4-0 where we controlled the game than you were with today's result then fine. If not then stop knee-jerking and appreciate what it means going forward and what a loss would have meant.
