One hour and a bit til' kick off and it's on TV, what more could you ask for.
I hope it's a better outcome than the last time I watched Everton live on the television on Bonfire night.
It was not often that Southall had to pull the ball from the back of the net Six times in one night, that was really painful going back all those years ago.
November 5th 1989, that's a date I will always remember, we were up against a very good side though.
NOW, back to tonight, and after the fun of Lyon last night I expect some more enjoyment with a home victory, don't know where Benfica are in the Portugese league or how they travel, but with a patizan home support, and these Lisbon types won't enjoy a cold november night on Merseyside, so some revenge for two weeks back, and a narrow victory to further enhance qualification/progress.
