After we took the lead, and we got to injury time of injury time, when the ball arrived with Keane everyone would have expected a good defender to control the ball and play it to a team mate, or an average defender to hoof it miles into touch, but Keane knew enough to defy expectations and simply slice the thing vertically into the air.
