Nah, he has played well tonight no doubt about it but he is 26 and on his 6th club now and it's only this season and last (whilst in Italy) that he has really shown anything. His time in England and Germany was largely disappointing.

Worth the risk at his age/experience, IMO. Beggers/choosers etc. Went for 45mil not long ago. Reminds me of LB3 too, which messes with my rationality.
We need players that have at least a chance of playing 30+ games, no matter how "good" they might be.
