Looking like he's nailed the Baines replacement. Feel like all our business we've done is spot on. Mina and Gomes picking up setbacks is unfortunate but no blame can be put on Brands for that. If Mina and Gomes also come in and can improve us and nail down a starting spot then Marcel's played an absolute blinder.

He's brought an authority and vision to the DOF role that Walsh never had.
