To be fair mate Man City got a 2 year ban and a £300k fine for tapping up 2 players, our ban and fine involves tapping up 7 players.

Man City and the RS have both had similar punishments for the same thing mate. Man City we're given a 2 year ban and a £300k fine for tapping up two players, the RS a 2 year ban and a £100k fine for tapping up one player.

We'll see if we get a year suspended like both of those did. Also they allowed City to re-sign the kid they tapped up after saying they couldn't sign him again after being ordered to release him because the RS were banned and the lad and his rat family had left our club for city's so felt they couldn't come back.

We have also admitted to 6 other cases of tapping up of players who are/were playing in our youth system mate, 7 players in all, hard too compare like for like with City and the RS. Also, we could easily have had a RS situation, but obviously our tapping up worked, until we got caught like.

Academy chief Martin Waldron was suspended when news of this broke a few weeks ago. Assume if he was aware of it he'll now be sacked.

One less person to deal with when Marcel has a clear out f the dead wood in the academy.
