Four years isn't really established, but I know what you mean.Well yes, it would have been a cert years ago, but you are reminiscing to the times before Brentford became an established Premier League team.![]()

Exactly. Remember that Dave was seriously suggesting TFG would bin Moyes after just 3 games in charge last season. It’s just his way of teeing up the drama should the result go the way he wants it to which is of course predictably an Everton defeat!
I bet City fans (with their squad that cost 10x what ours did) had this down as a "must win" too.Exactly.
Sunderland at home against a weakened promoted outfit is in 'must win' territory, no matter how decent a season they're having.
They'll get wrecked by City tonight.

A fair point, though I see them as spiritual siblings in 13th and 14th, just that one is slightly overachieving and one is having a stinker.….if we’re talking ‘footy maths’ we are 8th, Brentford are a point behind us in 9th. Forest are 10 points behind us in 17th.
I thought Patterson started badly but got better. He can fill the gap temporarily.….i thought Patterson was poor again against Forest. I promise, no agenda here, he’s a wingers dream. I don’t think Dibling helped as he struggled to go with runners but I wouldn’t be surprised if Moyes looks for an alternative RB in this game. Brentford are strong down their left flank.
RB could actually be an informative selection, especially if Keane remains unavailable. If Patterson is overlooked, it’s very bleak for him but if Moyes selects him then maybe he thinks he’s not a liability.
Excuses already.I bet City fans (with their squad that cost 10x what ours did) had this down as a "must win" too.
Weird how football doesn't always work out the way you'd like it to![]()
We better had too.The results yesterday suited us very well, so if we can clinch the 3 points on Sunday we will be siting very nicely.
