It will be a different Everton to the one they played last month - hopefully this time when we totally dominate the game we will get the goals to show for it (y)

I don't think that would be a problem, with Donovan now attacking the right-hand-side for us, I expecting a lot more chance would be created and we did score more goals!(y)

Ill take a narrow win - will be a tough game, but we need to win to show improvement and to maintain confidence for the next few games which will be tough.

Oh and Winning the Europa League knocks the FA cup on its arse. Champions league football : D

Nice to see we're not taking a victory for granted in this one. Brum are a tidy, solid unit with definite shades of DM's early years in charge of us about them. We've seen in the last two games the form we all knew we are capable of and while I still think we'll give someone a hiding soon I don't think it'll be Mcleish's men.

If we were more likely of a Euro spot from the league then maybe, just maybe this could have been a blip. As it is Brum are looking in with a shout for a Euro league placing and we might just be hungrier for this one. We've got the look of a side slighted by our league position and getting written off as having reached our peak without picking up an all important trophy in some quarters.

I think we'll help Brum to concentrate on the league in a tight game. 2-0 with "Le Monstre" (I like that a lot!) on the score sheet.

I wouldn't play a weak team for this one. We need this win to neutralise the effect that draw against birmingham had which we should have won. Birmingham are a tough tough opposition, they know how to grind results out like we do often.

It should be a comprehensive win for us, Larsson isn't gona get half the time he got to score last time at GP.
Another game for Felli to shine and for the whole team to get more confidence. Also Jags and Mikel have something exciting to help the team in now with us going to the 5th round hopefully.

Realistic prediction...3-0 (Saha,Donovan and Fellaini I hope ) (y)

Here's a question: FA Cup or Europa League?

I would much rather win the latter.

Not that I don't want us to play a strong team in this fixture and hopefully make the 5th round.

Europa league for lots of reasons:

we havent won it before
tougher competition to win
more worldwide recognition
bigger prize money(i think)

As for this weekend, i think we,ll win it but lets not get all man city fan on it and think its gonna be handy, brum are on a good run and are tough to beat, but we should have enough about us to get through

On our current form, I think we win this 2-0.

But a much, much trickier tie than the Man City match to be sure.
