So I've gone and got myself a ticket....
Mad that the club want to charge £65 for.a Wednesday evening kick off to the leagues bottom club...
Paid the devil and went with seat unique, extra £8 for a £10 food and drink voucher and a programme...
We were the first PL team to lose to them thoughI'm just glad Wolves beat West Ham so we don't have the shame of being the first team in the Premier League to lose to them.
We have no idea what the new owners will tolerateThese new owners will not put up with mid table mediocrity and not winning something.
Yeah, I think 7 out of 12 is passable in the circumstances. We were never getting the full 12 with the absentees we knew we'd be without. However, that 7 out of 12 really has to be followed by cup progression. For the morale of the club it is essential we have something to play for as 7/12 probably means the chance to make Europe has passed. Yeah, we'd still be in with a chance if we beat Wolves, but we've passed up on a huge opportunity to really make ground in that race (playing three of the four worst sides in the league and a Brentford side who had lost seven out of eight on the road). We'll not make those points up against the "proper big clubs" (c) the Moyesiah.Should win it. If we do 7 points out of 12 for the current run of 4 winnable games isn't great and not terrible. Nothing a couple of full backs and more strength in depth around the squad wouldn't sort out. Anyway, UTFT, win this blues.
I'm seeking solace in that it's still better than last year, and it's probably par for what we should have expected at the start of the season. I think we are a 9-12th position team and anything more is great and anything less is not great. Mediocrity is boring but it is an improvement on the previous few seasons of looking at avoiding relegation rather than looking up the table and how to improve.Yeah, I think 7 out of 12 is passable in the circumstances. We showed last week that we could bounce back from a great performance at Forest to being an absolute shambles at home to Brentford, so maybe we will see a completely different performance again against Wolves. These will be really up for it. Their last 3 away games - Arsenal, the RS and United - have all been close games. Furthermore, I question if we've got it in us to bounce back quickly.
I’d be playing armstrongLet's get this won, Moysie.
