The last few months has seen a whole lot of 'indigenous people' being given permission to look down upon others, and I find that pretty offensive, especially as the people granting the permission are unlikely to do anything to help those they're 'empowering'. If we don't learn from history we're doomed to repeat it.
Bruce rhetoric coloured is out of date, and to try and get hit into an EU thread is a wee bit OTT - I think that is what @peteblue was getting at - the EU debate should not stoop into that territory imo
Immigration will be needed when we leave the EU as we have a Skill shortages problem, controlled immigration is not racist!

I already posted that to @The Esk the best laugh is our bad trading figures are the last ten years when we were inside the EU, Jacob Rees Mogg has looked at the budget responsibilities report , and they have unexplainable top tarrifs in on all trade deals in the future it's fantasy accountancy again experts who admit they may be 50 percent wrong again the Remain side whipping up hysteria!

Rees Mogg loved the OBR only 2 years ago whilst praising their "independence"

But hey the Tories flip flop whenever they want.

I do find it intriguing that's Petes merry men either don't see his patronising digs or choose to ignore them while railing on PG.
That's fine coming from you, stop being personal as the mods posted PG gets enthusiastic of support on here, some times by mods - he admitted that @peteblue the other day he was wrong so let's keep the debates civil we are all Everton fans arn,t we?
It would help if the ignore button worked ?

Where Labour moan of a debt of nearly two trillion their answer is to borrow another half a trillion- just brilliant -
By the way the BR are honest the treasury and forgot to deduct the 10 billion of leaving the EU!

Double standards mate, hey ho, they seem most upset about it too.

I'm just not his 'equal', heartbroken as you can imagine.

Maybe rather than complaining about my posts they'll answer questions and points now.

It's far easier to turn on a poster than it is to answer the point when the evidence is going more against your beliefs by the day.

Back to reality, the Tory party had the debate and referendum to settle their demons and now they're more disjointed than ever. It was really worth it.

Reasons? Go on then, enlighten my why my 'reasons' were wrong?

Your patronising style and faux superiority is really starting to grate btw. You think you're something that you're not.

You wrote "The Chancellor now has a £122BN hole in his budget over the next 3 years due to Brexit, which equates to about 14 years worth of these 'savings'"

To begin with, that £122Bn hole is over 6 years not 3, only £58Bn (58.7 if memory serves) is actually down to Brexit with the rest of it due to other Government changes and a whole host of other changes......

PG using the word false yet again a familiar trait by him yet again let's keep it civil !

This is the issue really. We all have a go at each other and we are all fair game, we all make mistakes and on a fairly regular basis, but insinuating that someone has deliberately lied is unforgivable in my opinion.....

"Jaguar Land Rover yesterday unveiled plans to double production and create thousands of jobs in Brexit Britain.

The car giant threw its weight behind the UK by indicating it could expand its workforce by 10,000 and make a million vehicles a year by 2020."

Excellent news if it happens. It looks like they want to go head to head with the German manufacturers in respect of electric cars too.....

There's patronising style and faux superiority on this thread in abundance mate, from both sides. The problem is, when you agree with the argument a certain poster is making, then you tend not to notice the arrogance and patronising. But it's still there all the same.

I think this thread sadly just reflects the country as a whole on the topic of Brexit. Completely polarised.

*adopts patronising tone..... This pretty well sums it up.....
