No we haven't.

Also, not talking about court ruling. That's not the issue for me - that really is a splitting of hairs as to who activates Article 50.

My point is beyond that - it's about how we actually leave long after Article 50 is activated, because in any time in those two years we can cancel it and start over.
Article50 will almost certainly make us leave the EU ONCE WE SIGN IT,
Which will need to be legalised by a Parliamentary vote.

You ok with that?
No the elected government when article 50 gets on with it - the ballot paper never listed the conditions you are putting in!

Hang on. You just said a cross party group should arrange the details, but now the elected Government should.

There is no way a deal can be negotiated with the EU without the ascent of the UK Parliament.

You know, that Sovereign Parliament you voted to have all the power. You cannot have it both ways.

Cross Party talks are putting collective ideas in ATM it's up to the PM to take them into consideration when negotiations start when where we in a coalition government please remind me?

So you dont think that our Parliament should vote on that then? Like, make our own rules, stand on our own 2 feet and all that?

You dont trust them to make that call, but will trust them with every single decision herein?

Like trying to get blood from a stone isn't it?

Aye, and I really dont give that much of a flying one! It will happen, fine with that, but some seem to think we have had a referendum about who will be milk monitor next term.

For older viewers, that was an honourable and craved position at school many years ago.

Blame Thatcher basically.

Change that to how the elected government leave , and you are learning democracy ;)

You don't seem to know how our democracy works, so I won't be learning it from you mate - no offence.

Look up the term "parliamentary democracy". The opposition don't just disappear for the term of a government.
