Not on the negotiations no it will be a small bill if the Supreme Court do not over rule the high court judgement on signing article 50 no need to take a deep breath PM May was acting on the electorate vote of OUT on Brexit now it's down to judges then it's for her to decide how she takes it forwards not you or I ok

The courts can give guidance. Only the HOC can make laws.

Hence Mays appeal to the High Court.

And we cannot invoke A50 without a vote in the HOC. That is the basis of our democracy since the Civil War, which the winner wrestled absolute power from the Monarch, to Parliament.
