One may well be no better than the other...

both, or neither, or a mixture of both may Propose this that or the other...people seem to be ignoring the wishes of the Europeans...any way, living in Australia not only is it all moot from my point of view, it's time for bed
bye.
Not even in the EU heylol sleep tight;)

Ok, I'll boil it down. Companies trade. Companies employ people. Free movement says that companies can employ whomever they want without seeking government permission. They can then use this unfettered workforce to sell anywhere they want in Europe, again without asking anyone else's permission.

It really isn't that difficult.

So you endorse a corporatocracy then?

My thoughts are with those who have suffered from abuse since the opinion poll was counted, with those who have been told to f off back home. If you're upset by what I wrote about then frankly you can cry me a river.

Except you have no problem with the abuse of British nationals - insofar as allowing/endorsing parasitical agencies and companies importing cheap labour (Indeed, discriminating against British nationals by employing foreigners before them) and therefore driving down wages, while increasing demand on social services that they (The companies) don't pay for, while maximising their profits and paying the minimal tax?

Meanwhile these agencies & companies scream 'Lazy Johnny Englishman, won't do the work' (For the pittance, in the majority of instances) The corporate-funded tory Govt agrees and give the press licence to demonise British people for the 'crime' of being out of work

'Abuse' is a broader term than you think, Bruce.

I'm not sure if patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel, but nationalism sure is the first refuge of the dolt. I very much regard myself as a citizen of the world. You know, one of those people who Teresa May held in such poor esteem in her conference speech. There are many people living on this rock that I hold in the highest of regard, but those who believe some special privilege is due because a person happened to be born on this rock are those who I couldn't really hold in lower regard. They, and more importantly their thinking, need to fail as it's poisonous.
WOW!
Such rhetoric. So much understanding. What wonderful persuasive and eloquent reasoning. With marvellous phrasing, and verbiage.

Or should we just label all with nasty names who disagree agree with us.

All I recall is people stating astonishment that you wish the country would fail because you did not like the wishes of the majority.
Was there really a need for such vitriolic abuse to those who share this "rock" with you?

It could-should have been cancelled. And the Nissan deal?........ just going to set a precedent.

I hope so. Keep jobs here what is more important than that? Would you prefer those jobs to have been exported to a Renault factory in France?

Hopefully all the other businesses will view that decision positively and stay here. Always amazes me that in the wake of the referendum the doom laden talk of loss of businesses and therefore jobs to the continent has those who voted to remain rubbing their hands with glee and saying we told you so!

Add to that flaming Blair has called for a 2nd vote! Just him trying to get back into UK politics, when no one wants him.

Heaven forbid one should have principles and not follow the herd.

I'm not sure how you come to that conclusion.

I'm afraid that's largely unspecific rhetoric. Where are there examples of this happening? Show me the evidence.

I amnot going to argue for staying in the EU or leaving the EU. There is one thing which is undeniable much as the Uk will lose with leaving the EU, the EU loss will be much greater.

Does your argument also apply to other nationalities in their own countries? Scottish, Welsh and Irish people? Also to Spanish, Ukraine or Bosnians? What about Japanese, Saudis, (native) South Africans, Mexicans and Swedish?

Are they all dolts who you hold in the lowest regard if they believe they have special privilege over foreign nationals in their own lands? Is their thinking poisonous?
