I always thought the bank of England were meant to be neutral and not comment anything pro/anti about Brexit.
He's only explaining the BOE policy going forward and acknowledging the effects it will have.

Thats what you get when as a country you sell off all your family silver, I agree with the fact from a manufacturing base we have to get old engineers out of retirement to train youngsters with skills to start up again! It was a Britsh company then taken over by a Dutch company hence the aggravation.

You do realise Bupa the private hospitals are just recuperation hospitals as the main big operations are carried out in NHS facilities by a top NHS surgeon ie if you pay you just jump the que they may do minor operations on their own facilities the agreement of the NHS specialist or GPs for that matter goes way back of the agreement when Bevan had to negotiate the then doctors to accept the NHS concept as they kicked hard of being against the NHS in Bevans days.Yeah, there are private hospitals. I have used one for a non urgent quite simple bloke related op.
Bupa have hospitals in most large towns and cities. Other private hospitals are available,
TBF after the vote he was the only one to stabilise the economy the rats in the sack who thought they would win it the PM resigned with no brexit plan , and Boy George Gideon Osborne disappeared up his own backside with no Brexit plan and no emergency budgetlol!Only mentioned it because I remember Carney talking before the referendum result about the negative effect on the pound coming out of the EU would have, and him being slapped down for coming out with his opinion because the Bank of England needed to look to be neutral.
I see the Canadian deal has been vetoed by one regional government........
Brussels is fuming after the Federation of Wallonia-Brussels, a parliament for Belgium’s French-speakers, voted last night to reject the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
What a circus......I expect it's all the fault of Brexit though......
I expect they'll be told to vote again......
Good news, eh?
Maybe, but not as stupid as we would look agreeing to it.Not for Canada or the EU. It just makes everybody look stupid......

It would be a back door for ttip/ISDS afaik, with US Corp's able to set up a nominal office in Canada via NAFTA, and operate under the agrement. Why's that ? What's wrong with the Ceta agreement, I've not really looked at it myself.......
