We're at a time when this government are about to commit the biggest act of financial harikiri in a generation, yet we're supposed to believe they've developed a sense of economic prudence all of a sudden? This is nothing but a sop to the racists in their party who scarcely need a closet to hide in these days.

"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs*"

*just so long as you've paid in and have white skin

Tell you what Bruce, that bad , ERm. Perhaps you should relocate to France and carry on there. The French will no doubt welcome you with open arms.

Just seen the news on Unilever backing down on Tesco - seen what they sell I will never purchase their goods ever again greedy capaltalist bullies!
If everyone did that they will regret it
I told everyone on here to expect bullying over Brexit!
It's started today apart from on here on this thread lol

It was a Britsh company then taken over by a Dutch company hence the aggravation.

Got to give credit to Tesco's for standing their ground.

It does indeed stoke the fire of anger. Once again, something intended as a benefit for UK nationals is being ripped off by a non UK criminal. And I use the word criminal because that is what it is, theft pure and simple......

Free use of the national health service is based on residency not nationality. Quite simply if you are ordinarily resident in the UK you are entitled to free health care.

If you are not normally resident in the UK you are still entitled to health care with the patient's normal country of residence footing the bill assuming there's a health care agreement between both countries.

That is wrong I was waiting to see a top kidney specialist I was diagnosed with a life threating condition a tumour on my kidney I had asked for a 2nd opinion referral from my GP - I was kept waiting an age which you would expect on the NHS
Out came a family of people from the USA I was sat a yard away they got a credit card out to pay for his services he told them to put it away then they were amazed how cheap the medication was on the prescription!
I went in and got the dreaded news by a specialist who saved my life, but simply why can't they have a credit card machine for this kind of thing or even if you do not turn up , and then return pay the fine etc like drunks in A&E etc every little helps!
