I actually read one of the right wing talking heads espousing the notion that we should be force feeding herring to kids at school and as hospital food the other day. It was the win I was waiting for. Force feeding oily boney fish to kids and the infirm - stick that on the side of a bus.

From a purely personal perspective, the agency I work with in the Commission are not included in the agreement, so whether the UK is still part of it remains to be seen. I know the rhetoric is that everything is done and dusted, but there's still a lot to sort out.

And yet there was a lot of disquiet during the campaign about the contributions made by the UK to the EU. Indeed, the decision not to continue with Erasmus was done largely due to its cost. Do you remember? It was on the side of the bus.
