A deal is a relief and should be for everyone. If there's even a half decent trade agreement in place, I think everyone should stay schtum until it goes through whatever ratification processes it needs to and start waving their respective I Told You So flags after
Very sensible post. Let's hope everyone on her can agree with this

We left the EU. Now we may or may not have a trade agreement with the EU....that’s it....
It's a limited trade deal that's wrapped in red tape, and the EU trading bloc have shackled any sharp trading by the UK to arbitration with the ability to impose tariffs. They also pretty much surrendered control of UK waters for half a decade to the EU.

The UK lost because they are outside the single market now. This was just a matter of how much they lost by. And - shorn of spin - it looks like a big loss.
There will be no winners and losers. And we don't know any details of the likely agreement yet so who know if it will be a loss. Yes we are outside the single market there maybe some loss but how big nobody knows

I’d rather take the views of a person that actually reads articles and sources info to back their point than those of a compulsive liar tbh.
Personal abuse. I thought it was only the loony brexiteers who gave personal abuse. You take the views of someone you don't know personally just someone in a forum. Wow

Absolutely right. Ultimately you are 'negotiating' a deal that is agreeable to both sides. Compromise is always the intention.

It will be a limited trade deal, and no doubt that will be expanded over the next ten years or so. In respect of fishing, I’ve said for a while that EU nations should be given five years to come to terms with where we are. It was only grandstanding politicians on both sides of the channel trying to build this up. the U.K. and all of the EU 27 governments will all be using whatever has or has not been agreed for their own political purposes. But talking about voting at Westminster it will be interesting to see which way the SNP blow.......

Yeah, it’s only increasing the frictional costs of 50% of both our imports and exports. That’s it.

Plus I’m sure our 63m consumers are going to give us just as much sway dealing with the other half of our trade partners as opposed to negotiating as a trading block of 514m consumers.

At least we can export the things we have a competitive advantage in like financial services much easier than before.

You’re a previously banned poster, claiming that you’re not. You claim that you voted remain. You post articles without reading them and have made repeatedly ridiculous retorts to valid concerns. I’m sure you can see why your posts are therefore treated with such disdain.
You’re a big boy

I'm a very big boy thanks. If it's suits your agenda to think I'm someone else go ahead.
