How’s it going then Lads, have we rejoined the EU yet.....oh no wait....

Chart from yougov, you might find this useful when crafting your replies to the abuse you will soon get.

At least two in here are still in the denial stage from what I can see, then a glut of angers, haven't seen anyone wanting to bargain, but there are definitely a couple of depressions and one acceptance.

You Gov mate....owned by a Tory...for tories...everywhere...Fake News...(Dom said so ) Pete's in the pub spouting similar bollox.... lol lol lol
I voted to remain, but I accept that the vote was lost, and now expect your government (not mine) to deliver a brexit that was "promised" and to acknowledge responsibility for the crapstream yet to come. So far I have been a tad underwhelmed.

Love Mr Bannon me.....

Tbf, all the people on here accept Brexit is happening. It's you two who are in denial about Boris' "oven ready" deal.

You're lucky that the world is tired of laughing at the US because the UK is the second biggest clownshow in the world

Not sure how you figure me for that, I didn't vote conservative, can't stand May or Johnson, admittedly I did think Cameron was palatable to a degree

I think the deal that was presented was crap though.

You certainly didn't vote labour did you?..No problems with that, its your choice, neither did I. UKIP? Brexit Party? Centrist (funny tinge party)? Libdems?

CLP of GB? Hi comrade.... ;) lollollollol

I am not tied to any particular political party, in my time I have voted labour, lib-dem or conservative. It depended on the policies that were presented at the time.

Even though where I am has been a labour stronghold since 1945, I still put the effort into voting. If I agreed more than disagreed with the policies then they got my vote.

The last election I had a choice of the main 3 parties

Libs - couldn't do it, they wanted to reverse the brexit vote
Cons - Couldn't do it, Johnson is a chancer/blagger, will never vote for him
Labour - the sitting MP did nothing for my dying dad, so hell will freeze over before I would vote for that bitch.

So in the end I didn't vote

Ta for replying...respect your choice. Under our present FPTP system we may not have the government that most of us want.

Not a problem.

We had the chance to change system to proportional representation which I believe most (all ?) European parliaments use, but the public stuck with the status quo when given the opportunity to change it.

Although I did vote to keep the system as is, along with the majority, I think in hindsight it might have been the wrong decision.

What are the particular policies that have swayed your vote? I’d guess if you could flip between the three you’re closer to centre-right than anything else? As in, a Blair government might have the odd policy you’d vote for if you were on the Tory side but it’s unlikely to be the same the other way around.

I’m sorry the Labour MP did nothing for your dad when you think they should have done.

I would have agreed with you, then took one of those where on the spectrum are you type of things and it put me nearer to the liberals than I would have thought I was. Must admit I had a lot of time for Tony Benn, said some solid things imo.

Thanks, I think all MP's should be there to represent their constituents, isn't that their main job ?

I should add that in the 60’s only 10% of voters changed their vote from one election to another, by 2015 that figure is almost 40%*, so I am not that unusual in my voting pattern.
