He forgot mention our impots will be 60 % cheaper-
That is something the Government have claimed they will do Vs something they actually have done.

They claimed they wouldn't vote to lower food standards as part of UK/US trade negotiations but have enabled it with that vote.

You can believe a Government that tells you that a man drove across the country with his wife and child in the car while sick and visually impaired for their protection or you can look at the legislation and decide for yourself.

Our goods will be cheaper for us EU out of the way hey ho......

Just absolutely terrific for UK manufacturers that.

Wernt you banging on about the UK needing to ramp up our own manufacturing industry in the Coronus thread?

I think what he's telling you is:

I voted to Leave the EU so the UK could have control over its own laws to lower standards below existing EU and UK legislation.

I think things will change on both fronts - but the elephant in the room worldwide is China.......

Who will be able to export to us tariff free for tons of stuff.

Meanwhile, UK manufacturers, with higher cost bases, will be knackered.

And that is GOOD news? Holy cow mate.

I think, again, that he is proving that the lies and idiocy he was sold, he still actually believes, even in the face of reality.

I genuinely don't think he understands his own point.

He wants to protect British industry by opening it up to international competition with lower standards?

That was my conclusion. But his washing machine might be cheaper.

And we will have fewer, if any, farms.

Back of the net.

What have the EU really done for EU countries in distress under Coronavirus- some town in Italy when they had it bad were burning the EU flag each am......if they offer loans they want it back ten times over.....

I dont know, nor care.

But the UK voting to remove loads of food standards is more important to me.
