I don’t pretend to be compassionate. I try to be compassionate, Jesuit education you see. I don’t regard anyone as worthless, I try to see what people are in their own right. You may not like me, you may not understand my politics or beliefs, and you certainly do not understand my regard for others, but do not ever suppose that you understand what I do for others......

As for calling for an IQ test, that wasn't serious (I'd hoped that was apparent, apologies). It was just a throwaway remark in response to some bizarre posts from a bizarre poster.
