What would be the point in that?Fine. When we've left the EU have another referendum. I have no qualms about that.

Yes @Kurt grow up!#growup
Would that make me metaphorically pulling your pants down more acceptable and hold more sway if I was older ?#growup
The fact that you ask me that question means you have no grasp at all about a democratic vote. As such I shall put you and your ilk on ignore. What would be the point in that?
Mate, you think dead peoples votes should count.... nothing will top that for stupidity really so anything you now say going forward should be taken as the ramblings of a doddery old little englander harking back to the day when the empire ruled the worldThe fact that you ask me that question means you have no grasp at all about a democratic vote. As such I shall put you and your ilk on ignore.
And they say the unintelligent voted leave.
#notallidiotsvotedleave
I'm unaware of how a democratic vote works because I question the logic of offering a second vote, to the public, after nearly 5 years of debate, on an incredibly complicated subject, distilled into a statement as hollow and amorphous as 'brexit means Brexit', which was set a deadline by a parliament that had been subsequently exposed as completely unequipped to make that decision and has failed unequivocally in the time, since said vote to start an unnecessary countdown, to reach any sort of conclusion or reasoned decision on what the collective interpretation of the word 'leave' means to 17.4m people. The fact that you ask me that question means you have no grasp at all about a democratic vote. As such I shall put you and your ilk on ignore.
You know what? I'm sick of the whole thing. I've put a couple on ignore but not you because you are not resorting to insults and childish hashtags. I can't help the fact that I think the referendum result should be implemented. Maybe I'm old fashioned in thinking that. Maybe it's because I always vote for the side that comes second (I voted Labour the last two elections) and it pisses me off that now my side wins the losers want to overturn it. Whatever, I'm checking out of this thread as I have no wish to argue any more.I did indeed buy Cameron's book. Poor entertainment value and rare on dramatic insights but, as one of the pivotal figures of the last decade it was worth it for the educational value.
You didnt answer my question about the change in Leave argument in the 3.5 years since the vote? It was all fake promises. Now its "not the end of the world". For that alone we need another vote.
What you mean by that is the government have had 3 and half years to present a plan, and are now trying to rush it through in the last 2 weeks?
