General Election coming if Johnson loses vote this evening.

Daily Express:

MPs are currently debating the Withdrawal Agreement Bill, and at the conclusion of the debate, ministers will then be asked to give general approval to it and support the Government’s accelerated three-day timetable scrutinising the legislation. But opposition MPs look set to vote this down, arguing it won’t allow enough time for proper scrutiny. If this happens, the Prime Minister will pull the entire Bill and push to hold a general election in the coming months.

He'll get it through tonight.

So you mention contribution to the U.K. economy, yet dismiss Fishing, Rail, Defence and Telecomms, and then put up the computer games industry by way of comparison......
I didn't dismiss them, I said that i haven't seen where they 'suggest Brexit is a positive thing and that they prefer it to happen'. Genuinely interested to see it...feel free to link it.

I originally challenged your 'fishing industry' comment and countered with the computer games industry as a growing industry in the UK - which you have completely dismissed.

What is the contribution of the gaming industry in the UK vs the fishing industry in the UK?

I've noticed that whenever I make a valid point it is either ignored, muddied or ridiculed. I can't see any reason to continue debating the issue. Makes no odds anyway as none of what we think or say makes any difference. Maybe we Leavers should march on London too. Just think of the boost in sales of wheelchairs, mobility scooters and Zimmer frames.
What was your valid point? Both @roydo and me seemed to misunderstand. Did you consider that maybe it's not someone trying desperately to ignore or belittle you, but a genuine misunderstanding?

Mine was deffo a misunderstanding, as much at my end as anything. I replied to a post with an answer that wasnt even being asked, I think.

Reckon we should all go to our rooms and think about what we did.

Shock, Ian Blackford talking nonsense.

Find it so rich that they're banging on about 'ridiculous timescales'. They've had 3.5 years.

They're all a joke.

Genuinely no idea what the issue is. We both seemed to answer in good faith. If there is confusion, happy to clarify my point.

ignore their core values and sell out, good stuff

....not in the least. The core values are nothing if they become unelectable. They don’t need a pact with Murdoch, they need to be clever and look for ways of attracting voters who haven’t been voting Labour. It’s the strategic decisions. Corbyn appeals to Momentum but not to the country or even traditional Labour voters.

This Government is a mess yet could very well get 5 more years. That says a lot everything about this Labour. Rather than blame the press and everything else, the Labour Party has to look at itself because they are letting so many of us down.

By the way, I will still vote Labour at the next GE, but sadly I don’t think enough will.
