I would assume Boris has it stitched up. He will have agreed for the EU to refuse to extend if it’s voted down, on the basis that Boris can then put the deal forward again with the alternative of No Deal happening on the 31st.....

Why ? They know that parliament do not want a no deal. They know that Boris will win an election and could then force through a no deal. They quite rightly in my opinion believe that Boris will push it through at either the first second or third attempt while the clock runs down.....
