Looks like Johnson and Cummings latest terrible plan is to send a second letter after asking for an extension begging the EU NOT to give us an extension, could he be the first ever PM to be unlawful and dragged through the supreme court twice?
I wonder if this is advice from Geoffrey Cox as well as there is 0 chance that this would work. It won't even get to the Supreme Court

My guess is that the EU don’t really know what comes next. If they allow an extension then they know Boris will just be stronger after a GE. So again, my guess would be that they find some miraculous changes that can be made to the WA for Boris to try and get through. It’s in their interests for him to succeed before Oct 31st.
If they don’t, then article 50 gets extended and we could have two outcomes, Boris gets in with the help of the Brexit Party or Corbyn gets in. Not even the EU are that stupid to want Corbyn in charge. So if Boris gets in with the help of Farage, then No Deal will go back on the table and this time for real......

You know it’s amazing how quickly the Tory outriders on here can agree with whatever it is the Government is doing even though actual Tories are increasingly viewing it with alarm.
