If ruling goes against leave, we can all imagine the vitriol that will be thrown at them. And ruling goes against remain there will be cordial statement and consideration of next move, with lots of infantile crowing from leave...

Nobody said it did, I didn’t post the article. I posted that the Supreme Court seems to be made up of old people, though obviously they don’t have either greater wisdom or understanding. Would you prefer the Supreme Court being made up of highly intelligent 24 year olds ?......

Well yes, obviously.

Although there is plenty of discussion regarding the merit of judges called to the Supreme Court and whether it allows for diversity and differing legal application to those making the appointments.
