"deadwood"

1218.jpg

Deadwood indeed, as they no doubt will be finding out tonight or early tomorrow morning.......

The chances are the ones that have gone to SAGA holidays in the sky voted remain. Ask Bruce. He came out with details of all these WWII veterans who were totally against Brexit.

Seriously though, there is evidence that the 85+ generation who remember why we fought the war preferred to stay in the union. Which makes sense given that the union was originally set up to try and prevent future continent wars.

Of course they did. The generation that voted for this is the one who didn't fight or really experience WW2 directly and have always felt inferior as a result, thats why they've always responded to jingoism positively even though they benefitted more than anyone else from the post-war European movement.

Tonight and tomorrow will give Boris the perfect excuse. He wanted and promised to leave on Oct 31st, this shower of self serving mp’s stitched him up and made it be delayed. He will walk any election......and have a clearout of deadwood.....

I'm amazed that there's a sentence, written in the English language no less, that includes the words 'Boris (Johnson)' and 'self serving' and yet the former is not the subject of the latter.

Ruthless and stupid; the fact he (and they) remain MPs means they'll be walking around the same building still. He now has a majority of -20, or -30 when the DUP realise that he can no longer actually do anything for them. The government will be unable to do anything.

So will therefore fall and a GE will be called......do you see what he did there.......
