That’s a stupid question. The U.K. economy is not driven by three or even thirty sectors, it is a completely mixed bag, and a mixed bag that will evolve to meet the needs of the markets.....
Here, look, it's simple

Three major industries that drive Irelands economy.
Agriculture
Tourism
IT

Three major industries that drive the US economy
IT
Biotech
Online retail

now you try...

Hold on. I just posted a comment that is reported in all the news outlets that the U.K. has created a million jobs since the vote. I haven’t a clue what the jobs are, where they are, who filled them or whether they were part time or full time, what the salaries were or the demographics of who filled them. I didn’t draw conclusions, make specific points or try to push an agenda. How could I. So saying that I post ‘such nonsense’ is a really cheap shot.

And the FTSE fell today, so could you enlighten us on what that actually means, bearing in mind it goes up and down every single day. What effect is Trump having upon the FTSE ? Do you know or is this some ‘nonsense’ to vindicate your position. What about China ? Do you have the foggiest what is going on over there ? I take your comments but it works both ways. If you wish to accuse me of nonsense for merely repeating national news then at least back it up......

KInda the point was making. Jobs up. Ftse down. £ whatever.

Its NOT to do withe Brexit, yet. Thought we agreed on that. But you were the one trumping, (sic) that the Uk was doing ace regardless. Its totally un related.

Of what ?....
Of the damage that will surely follow whatever we end up doing. If we leave remainers are never going to stop agitating to return. The young are overwhelmingly remain.
If we leave with a deal I fear that the social fabric of the nation will never really revert to what it was. The split will last for generations
If we leave without a deal disaster will follow. Nailed on. We're not as economically powerful as the EU or the US or Japan.
And if there's another referendum the leavers will also be outraged. Cue unrest on the streets
The circle cannot be squared. Certainly not by Johnson.
So I'm scared for the nation's future, for jobs, especially for my children who will inherit this whirlwind. And I've not even mentioned the breakup of the UK. England will be a tiny voice in the room compared to India say
Yes I'm scared alright

Fair enough, we are screwed.......
I'm not sure you're screwed but I do think you have made life unnecessarily hard for yourselves while depriving younger generations of the opportunities afforded to you.
From a selfish point of view I just wish you had a plan for how you were going to leave with out messing up the peace process.
Nothing over the last three years has shown me that the Brexit drive is anything other than out of control, rose tinted glasses nationalism.
It's still a huge, needless gamble.

Sometimes in everyone’s life it needs to be done.....

Why do you believe there will be all this damage, why will we face disaster, why will the U.K. split, what do you really think will have changed on November 1st ?.........

Guess you've heard all the business leaders saying how difficult it will be to trade across borders? That's why stockpiling is already happening. Jobs are already leaving the UK. Recession round the corner....
