Anyone on the remainers side, ie, me, who suggests there will be serious problems with ordinary travelling/tourism across the EU would be talking utter rot. In my opinion.

The reason? As @Methuselah points out, there would be huge issues in parts of the EU, and closer to home, it serves no ones political career anything at all by seeing normal tourists having serious issues next summer, or this winter come to that.

Its the biggest non issue in all of this.

I am not sure about this but I think it would also contravene international law.

Good, if true.

At least someone has the stones and duty to call this out for what it actually is.
What actually happened is the MPs over 500 voted article 50 through making it the legal standing point in law......
No doubts if no deal with the EU cannot be attained - it will end up in the courts again?

Well as you are playing the legal card mate, legally, the same MPs can legally just revoke the whole thing, and there isnt a thing you or I could do about it if they did.

Doubt they have the numbers Labour MPs in leave constituencies with a GE near by may abstain.....

Like me mate, you dont have a clue what will happen. I think its fair to say though, even if we disagree about the central argument, we would both prefer a decent outcome to what ever does actually happen.
