One of those events changes the probability of delivering Brexit cleanly. For example:

If NI leaves the UK = No border issues to resolve
If Scotland leave = No one to care that NI gets a special half in/out relationship.

I'm suggesting a way of trying to uphold the referendum while respecting at the moment it isn't possible. Your Brexit at any cost will fast track the break up of the UK so not sure what you are on about. You can't preserve the UK and have a no deal.

Of course we can. This talk of breaking up the U.K. is just that, talk.....

This topic is not specific to the border nor indeed about Ireland.

It is a plan to increase anti Brexit representation in Westminster with an aim of stopping Brexit altogether..

As such it very much comes under the heading “EU In or Out” IMO.
There is no "Irish only" thread. There is a thread in which it was suggested you stop posting because of the continuous antagonism caused by your bigoted views, and now you are crying to the mods about it. Pathetic.

My comment was in response to Chris's point about the difference between goods checks and immigration checks and so is directly relevant to this thread and Brexit, where you and your fantasists are claiming to have "taken back control of our borders" which is an outright lie and that needs to be pointed out.

Irish Border and Brexit....it was your own crying that created this, so take it there where those of us who are apparently not Irish enough won’t pick on you.....

I assure you it is totally real. The SNP would get their way for another referendum to leave the union as everyone campaigned that the only way for Scotland to stay in the EU was to stay in the UK.

If they are taken out (without a deal) against the wishes of the majority of the country it is going to happen. I wasn't a supporter of the original scottish independence referendum, I thought it just opportunistic nationalism, however I couldn't blame them for the re-run as least they have something to be aggrieved about this time.

Playing the victim now, how childish.

It has nothing to do with how Irish or not anyone is, it is do with bigotry which is unwelcome.

And your attempt to claim that there are others who are unwelcome by using the word "us" it utterly pathetic. There is only person whose input is unwelcome, and you can find out who it is by looking in the mirror.

Please stop trying to derail threads, it’s incredibly annoying.
Of course this is to do with the EU

Look lads it’s very simple. There is a Trump thread for Trump and a US politics thread for US politics, there is an Irish Border and Brexit thread for all things related to the Irish, it’s border and Brexit. A load of you had a whinge and put in reports to the Mods because you don’t like a different viewpoint and that was taking up Mod time. I don’t like wasting Mod time and I don’t like whingers. If you want to debate then fine, if you want to be a cryarse then go back to your Irish thread. I offered not to go in there because the sensitive souls don’t like anyone disagreeing with them. So at least give the rest of us a break from your one view Irish moaning about Brexit. Debate or don’t debate, but the moment you start crying or reporting to the Mods is just wasting their time. Mind you I expect several of your gang will now report this post......

How do you know, the same percentage of people voted to Remain in the U.K. as voted to remain in the EU. Just because wee Sturgeon sees an opportunity does not mean that Scotland wishes to leave the U.K....

Bless......I’m unwelcome....ah diddums......

What a pile of horseshit laced with implied racism.

You went crying to the mods because of Irish people posting in the EU thread which you want us excluded from, as you have been excluded from the Border thread. That's the long and short of it.

Again you use the word "us" to describe yourself, in a pathetic attempt to claim that others support your bigotry.

BTW I did not report any of your posts because I am well used to you being offensive, but I am not surprised to learn that others did. Good on them.

I have not been excluded from the Border thread, I can post in there whenever I wish, once again, as usual you are incorrect.....

If it was 55/44 last time and the brexit result in Scotland was 62/38 there is at least 7% now with their noses out of joint. Plus we have Boris as PM and if his approval rating in England is not great it is going to be on the floor in Scotland. I wouldn't be so sure that they would vote the same way again.
