I dunno mate, getting more vocal and brazen, deffo - but i can't see how they can be attracting anyone new, and possibly cause a tendency to repel some leave voters.
It's an aging population combined with an increasing societal lurch to the right. A xenophobic racist pensioner in Widdicombe is representative of a large amount of people outside the urban areas in traditional Tory heartlands.
The corresponding shift to the left amongst younger people is much more limited. Generally, the UK is as hard to the right as it's been in living memory right now.
