I'll admit that revoking Article 50 is probably unlikely, leaving the EU is still the most likely outcome but until we are 100% out of the EU then remaining in is still a very viable option. No one single person in the HOC can discount any of the options. Whatever happens will be voted on by all the MPs so Ken Clarke can say there is no chance but the rest of the HOC may say there is a very good chance.

No one knows what's going to happen, not even Ms May. All options are still a possibility.

All laws are legal - although you might have yourself a decent jurisprudential discussion point (which I expect is entirely lost on you).

Article 50 was voted for by the HOC so your first and second sentence entirely contradict each other.

unstatute isn't actually a word, so I've no idea what you're meaning by this.

Out might be where you want to get to; but the choice here is are you leaving through the front door, the upstairs window or being thrown off the roof.
Leaving on the end of the last day of March is the law via parliament end of

So it's law that we leave on the 31st March and not the 29th?

It's also subject to revocation, because it's a decision we've taken and we can undo it.

Neither was the referendum, it was advisory. Had it been legally binding , it would've been void.

Also nothing you have said in your post actually contributes to further the conversation. Yes Article 50 is law, it is statue tonight, as it has been since European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Act was signed on 16th March 2017, but it can be revoked.

Article 50 voted by over 500 MPs to leave the EU is binding legally - please keep up.....
E.g. An act of Parliment.....
Tonight and tomorrow is not binding as it has no time, and the EU today quoted no extension.......
Mays deal will be put back after a load of hot air over the next two weeks , and go through......or it's no deal...
I agree not great options, but that's where we are....

Absolutely not. I don't see why you should overturn it. I said earlier I think the way forward is to go back to the public and ask them to decide on which route to take.

Parliament clearly can't reach a consensus, so it's GE or referendum 2.
