That is just about as demeaning, condescending and patronising as it is possible to be.

Seems you've had had one pint too many of that full strength 17.4% John Bull this evening. Yet again.

Not at all, I can be far more demeaning, condescending and patronising than that. I’ve just been in a good mood lately....

Where do you stand on liars Pete? Ones who will chat any wham to suit their story? Like bashing the French over the Falklands war for instance?
don't know what Pete said but here is an article about the French involvement at the, time.there are others
debatable if you could blame the French government, but not really sure myself all a bit shady as most things to do with arms sales are unfortunately .
worth a look anyway even if it's not what you two are having a go about..

I'll just leave this here and the rest of the forum can make their own decision about who is a bigot.
This thread is a hoot when @peteblue comes on after a skin full shouting the odds and throwing out insults all the while asking for 'adult debate'

Come on lads, where’s the other one......is the Gang disintegrating......

Not the French government, they only wanted to help. However the makers of the Exocet had people in Argentina actively helping them to get the launchers operational. This is an accepted fact btw.....

I explained all this to another poster tbh....

It is mostly about the EU- Japan Deal . Even if we stayed within the EU, the removal of tariffs on cars and car parts would have taken the Japanese manufacturing back home. The Japanese are an island race who don’t really like outsiders, they put up with us and they trade with us as I did for many years, but they are not a multicultural country, they believe in looking after their own. This decision, if it comes to pass, is a fairly obvious consequence of their deal.......
So they’re closing their plant in Swindon because they’re monocultural? What about the 12 plants belonging to 4 different Japanese companies in the US? Are they about to be repatriated?
